Lorex is publishing a critical product update. As part of the process it will be necessary for some customers to transition to a new Lorex app in order to continue uninterrupted service.If you are having connectivity issues as a result of the recent migration of Firmware and /or APPs on Lorex recorders, we advise you to unplug the recorder, wait 30 seconds and then plug it back in. Wait another 15 minutes to allow your recorder to fully reboot and update. You should now be able to view your system through the compatible Lorex APP.
